What the site is. The site offers general information about roof replacement and connects homeowners with independent local roofers. It is not a roofing contractor and performs no roofing work. It does not file, handle or negotiate insurance claims.

Your contract is with the roofer. Any inspection, estimate, agreement or payment is between you and the roofer you pick. We are not a party to it and make no promise about a roofer's pricing, timing, workmanship or warranty. Review the roofer's insurance, references and written contract before you sign.

Site content. Cost figures, calculator and quiz results, and summaries of law and local rules are general information that can change. They are not quotes, inspections, or legal or insurance advice.

Use of the site. Don't submit false details, send spam through the forms, copy site content for commercial purposes or interfere with how the site runs.

Liability. The site is offered "as is." As far as Texas law permits, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the site or from work any roofer performs.

Governing law. The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms. We may change them at any time, and the version posted on this page applies.
